HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Browse through the Product Menu on the left of the screen. Click on the item/s that you are interested in from the list of products. Use the drop-down Menu where applicable to select the size/style you would like. Add to your 'Shopping Basket' by clicking on either the 'BUY' or 'ADD TO BASKET' buttons located beside each product.
You can then either click on the 'Continue Shopping', or proceed to 'Checkout'. You may view your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' link situated at the top right of the screen. It lists your current Shopping Basket contents and the total cost exclusive of shipping where applicable.
To remove products, simply change the quantity of your item to and click on the 'Update Basket' button to update. Once you reach 'Checkout' you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to satisfy your order. You will be advised of your final total inclusive of shipping. You will not be charged for any items you place in your Basket until you have fully completed 'Checkout'.
* When completing 'Checkout' you will be given the option of registering with our web site (enabling you to keep track of your orders via our secure Members Area) but you're more than welcome to use our web site whether you register or not. *
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment in all currencies via Credit/Debit Card via our secure server, as well as PayPal and NoChex (whether you have an account with them or not).
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING PRICES?
We ship worldwide at the following FREE and low-cost shipping rates:

*Excludes New Rock boots for our for our overseas friends as they're shipped direct from our supplier, not ourselves. Sorry! Free postage does still apply to UK customers purchasing New Rock boots though. :)
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
To keep shipping costs to a minimum, United Kingdom orders are dispatched via standard Royal Mail, and international orders via *Airmail. Please note that we are unable to deliver to mail boxes via this service.
*If you require 'Express Shipping' with tracking at additional cost please contact us and we will obtain a postal quote for you.
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of posting (due to customs procedures we are advised by the international postal services to allow up to 4 weeks for overseas deliveries) please let us know and we'll be happy to initiate a postal investigation and arrange a free replacement or compensation straight away. :)
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders are dispatched within 7-14 working days of payment clearance. However, in the event of your order being out of stock (and for imported/custom orders) please allow up to 28 working days for despatch. We will of course contact you with expected delivery times and you may cancel your order at any time if you would rather not wait. If you require your order for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to enquire if this will be possible. 'Express Delivery' is available at extra cost.
Please note: All postage costs incurred in the repost of your order due to non collection at your Royal Mail delivery office or incorrectly supplied postal addresses will be payable by you, regardless of whether your order was originally dispatched free of charge.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account, or by emailing us at:

We respond to ALL emails within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday, but our emails have on occasion fell victim to the over-zealous spam filters of various free email providers like Hotmail/Yahoo/Google etc, grr! HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
After placing your order, providing it has not been despatched you're welcome to cancel it within 7 days.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you're welcome to cancel and return it to us at cost to yourself within 7 days of receipt, in exchange for store credit or refund exclusive of original postage costs where applicable.
*Exceptions apply - please see our 'Returns Policy' for further details.
Please note: In compliance with our payment processors' conditions of use, refunds for credit/debit card payments processed after a period of 31 days of receipt will be made via PayPal electronic payment.
If payment for your order was made via store credit we will re-credit your account with the refund amount. If part cancelling an order paid for via both store credit and credit/debit card, your initial form of payment will be refunded first.

WHICH CLOTHING SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
Our Ladies clothing sizes range from UK 6/US 4/Euro 34 to UK 26/US 24/Euro 54.
Men's clothing sizes range from size 'Small' - 'XXX Large'.
Children's clothing sizes range from Newborn - Teens.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Your order (excluding *cosmetics/jewellery (earrings and pierced pieces) and custom items) can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned at cost to yourself unworn and complete with original tags to qualify. You must inform us prior to returning.
* Please note that all exchanged goods will carry an additional shipping charge, regardless of whether your order was dispatched free of charge. For heavier items this may be higher than our standard flat-rate shipping costs.
Refunds for unwanted goods are exclusive of original shipping costs where applicable. *

Items must reach us in the same condition that they left us to qualify. Any returns received out with this timescale or in an unacceptable condition will be returned to you at cost to yourself. All goods returned to us from outside the UK must have "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINALLY FROM THE UK" marked clearly on the package.
Please note: For your own peace of mind we recommend returning unwanted items via a traceable Royal Mail postal service. At the very least, please ensure you obtain a FREE 'Certificate of Postage' from the Post Office when sending.
