HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Browse through the Product Menu on the left of the screen, click on the item/s that you are interested in from the list of products, and use the drop-down Menu where applicable to select the size/style you would like to order and add to your 'Shopping Basket' by clicking on either the 'BUY' or 'ADD TO BASKET' buttons located beside each product.
You can then either click on the 'Continue Shopping' button to continue shopping, or proceed to 'Checkout'. You may view your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' link situated at the top right of the screen. It lists your current Shopping Basket contents and the total cost excluding shipping.
To remove products, simply change the quantity of your item to and click on the 'Update Basket' button to update. Once you reach 'Checkout' you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to satisfy your order and advise of your final total inclusive of shipping. You will not be charged for any items you place in your Shopping Basket until you have fully completed 'Checkout'.
** When completing 'Checkout' you will be given the option of registering with our website (enabling you to keep track of your orders via our secure Members Area) but you're more than welcome to use our website whether you register or not. **
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment in all currencies via Credit/Debit Card through our secure server, as well as *PayPal and *NoChex (*whether you have an account with them or not) Cheque, Money Order or Cash.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING PRICES?
We ship worldwide at the following flat shipping rates:
UK - £2.50, or FREE with orders over £15!
Europe - from €5 per order USA/Canada - from $9 per order
Rest of World - determined per destination.
No matter how large your order, you will never be charged more than the above shipping amounts, whether you purchase 1 or 100 items! HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
To keep shipping costs to a minimum, United Kingdom orders are despatched via Standard Mail, and international orders via Airmail. Both services includes insurance of up to £37 in the event of loss or damage. Please note that shipping costs are refundable for items damaged in transit only.
*If you require insurance over £37, please contact us prior to making payment and we will obtain a postal quote for you dependant on the value of your order. *

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders are despatched within 14 working days of payment clearance. However, in the unlikely event of your item/s being out of stock (and for custom/plus sizings) please allow up to 28 working days for despatch. We will of course contact you with expected delivery times and you may cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you require your item/s for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to enquire if this will be possible. 'Express Delivery' is available at extra cost.
Please note: All postage costs incurred in the repost of your order due to non collection at your Royal Mail delivery office or incorrectly supplied postal addresses will be payable by you, regardless of whether your order was originally despatched free of charge.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
After placing your order, providing it has not been despatched you are welcome to cancel it within 7 days.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been despatched you are more than welcome to *return it to us at cost to yourself in exchange for store credit or refund excusive of postage costs. *Exceptions apply - please see our 'Returns Policy' for further details.

WHICH CLOTHING SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
Our Ladieswear sizings range from UK 6/US 4/Euro 34 to UK 26/US 24/Euro 54; Menswear sizings range from size 'Small' - 'XXX Large'; Childrenswear sizings range from Newborn - Teens. (The exact dimensions of each product are detailed in each individual product description.)
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Your item/s (excluding *lingerie (*including fancy dress outfits, hosiery and fetishwear)/cosmetics/jewellery/cutlery, as well as custom and free of charge items) can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned at cost to yourself unworn and complete with original tags and packaging to qualify, and you must inform us in writing prior to returning.
* Please note that all replacement goods will carry an additional shipping charge, (regardless of whether your order was despatched free of charge) and for heavier items this may be higher than our standard flat-shipping costs. Refunds for unwanted goods will be exclusive of shipping costs. *

Items must reach us in the same condition that they left us to qualify. Any returns received outwith this timescale or in an unacceptable condition will be returned to you at cost to yourself. All goods returned to us from outside the UK must have "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINALLY FROM THE UK" marked clearly on the package.
